HOME LOAN APPLICATION

After you found you're eligible, you will apply for a home loan. In case of normal bank home loans, you will apply for a pre-approval. When it comes to Flat35 home loan, you will apply for approval.

STEP 3

HOME SEARCH

After you get a pre-approval or approval, you will search for a newly built detached house. We will help you home search with real estate information network service (REINS) .

STEP 4

PURCHASE OFFER

After you decide a house to purchase, you will make an purchase offer.

STEP 5

PURCHASE CONTRACT

After you made a purchase offer and it was accepted by the seller, you will make a purchase contract with the seller as we intermediate the transaction as a real estate agent.

STEP 6

apply for approval

After you made a contract, you will get an approval from a bank. In case of Flat35, you will submit contract details to the agent and get an final answer.

STEP 7

Address Transfer

After you got a final answer from a financial institution, you will transfer your address to the new address.

STEP 8

Home Loan contract

After you transferred your address, you will make a home loan contract between financial institutions. At that time, you will be introduced insurances.

HOME Explanation

After step 8, you will be given a detailed explanation about the house from seller.

STEP 10

PAyment & TITLE TRANFER & KEY RECEIVE

Lastly, , you will make a payment at financial institutions. At that same time, the ownership will be transferred to you. As soon as completing the payment and title tranfer, you will receive a key for your new home.
